Several members of the opposition party CHADEMA, along with some journalists, were arrested today at the Kisutu Magistrate’s Court, where they had gathered to attend the treason hearing of opposition leader Tundu Lissu. After being blocked from entering the courtroom, many were arrested, beaten, and later dumped in various remote bush areas across Dar es Salaam and the Coast Region. Watch the video below:
